From one OTA to +300 websites

When we started the collaboration, the property was only marketed through Airbnb. The booking calendar was almost empty and the season was about to start. A month after we started the collaboration, the property was available for booking on +300 different websites and the season was almost sold out.

From Static to Dynamic Pricing & Higher ADRs

Wider online visibility enabled nightly rates to be increased. Especially for large groups, prices were multiplied compared to bookings made before the collaboration began.

In addition to dynamic pricing, the host & Hosta decided to utilize dynamic minimum stays. In Lapland, handling turnover costs are a key part of maximizing rental profit. With dynamic minimum stays and tiered pricing tied to the duration of the reservation, the average stay and thus rental profit was significantly increased.
