This property came on the market after the season had already started and expectations for the first season were not high. Especially when a similar apartment for a competitor showed an almost empty calendar for the coming months.
However, within three weeks almost the entire season was sold out - and at prices 1.5x higher than an almost identical competing property.

As with all properties co-hosted by Hosta, a pricing strategy was developed for this property and it was tailored to the wishes of the owner and host. This allowed us to succesfully increase ADR by approximately 70% for the second season compared to the first season, which had also been a great success compared to competitors.
