Open position: House Manager, Costa del Sol
House Manager, Costa del Sol – freelance, part-time
Hosta is a Finnish holiday rental management company. We take care of pricing, bookings, guest communication and owner reporting, among other things, for more than 200 properties in Finland and Spain. On the Costa del Sol, our properties are in the Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Mijas area, and their number will grow during the spring.
Cleaning is handled by our trusted local partner and guest communication by our team. We are looking for a Finnish-speaking House Manager to be Hosta's face on the ground: you know the properties, meet owners when they are visiting, and make sure the properties are always in five-star condition for our guests.
What you will do
Meet owners and take care of the day-to-day matters of the properties
Carry out quality inspections and give feedback to the cleaning team
Visit properties when something needs a person on site: keys, faults, maintenance visits
Help onboard new properties: surveys, photos, inventory
Who are we looking for?
You live on the Costa del Sol year-round and have a car
You are a native Finnish speaker and get by in English or Spanish
You are practical, meticulous and flexible – someone who can be relied on in any situation.
You can respond quickly, also in the evenings, and you have a backup person or are ready to arrange one
You are self-employed (autónomo) or ready to register as autónomo
