This modern two-bedroom apartment of ours is located in a historical Amuri neighborhood just next to the all services of Tampere downtown. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a living room with an open-concept kitchen. There is also a private bathroom with sauna for you to use. The apartment is well equipped to suit your needs and you only need to have your personal belongings and hygiene products with you when staying with us.

The apartment is a 54m2 big two-bedroom apartment with a private 28m2 balcony with windows. The apartment bedrooms are on other sides of the apartment to ensure privacy. The living room is spacious and full of light. There is an open concept kitchen in the living room. The entrance to the bathroom, where the apartment sauna also is, is from the hallway of the apartment.
Enjoy the History & Tampere downtown
The Amur region was built in the 1860s as a residential area for the working population. The name of the area comes from a current parable of the era: Finnish emigrants left for the distant Amur country in Russia at that time. The new district was also located far from the center and factories by the standards of the time.
It consisted of intact blocks of wooden houses, which were smaller than the rest of the city. The houses were one-story. Amur workers' apartments were typically apartments with a shared kitchen, where two or four rooms shared a kitchen. One family always lived in one room. The apartment buildings were often designed by master builders from Tampere.
